What makes EFR courses different from the others? We teach Care with Confidence.
For so many people, learning the skills isn’t enough when faced with an emergency. The adrenaline rushes through their body, they freeze, their learning goes out the window, and their confidence to help plummets, leading to hesitation, inaction and eventual guilt.
EFR is designed to not just teach potentially life saving skills, but to also have the confidence to act when the time arises. The course structure is developed in such a way that minimises steps to each skill to provide only essential information, and doesn’t overload the participant. Through a relaxed atmosphere, skill repetition and retention, and an emphasis on positive reinforcement, our philosophy has aided students to find focus when faced with an emergency, and have the strength to push through the natural fears we all can suffer when faced with potential danger.
